What the Pilot includes

The work

  • We load your exports into a private workspace, with a report of what doesn't add up.
  • We build your chain: forecast by SKU and DC, trips by route, contracted bands and adherence.
  • Each week we review with you what Cauce flags as a deviation to be explained.
  • If you leave the Pilot, we delete your data and give you a receipt listing what was deleted.

What we need from you

  • An export from your TMS with the suggested and the confirmed carrier for each trip.
  • Your dispatch log, with rates and dates.
  • Your demand history by SKU and DC.
  • Your master data: packaging by SKU, vehicle capacities, contracts, target rates, and plant and DC codes.
  • CSV or XLSX files are enough. We give you the templates with the units and the time zone.

Timeline

  1. Month 1First month: we receive your exports, validate them with you and get your workspace ready.
  2. Month 2Second month: your team uses the dashboard and the assistant in its service meetings, and we adjust what doesn't add up.
  3. Month 3Third month: we measure against the success criteria, hand you the close-out and delete your data if you decide so.

The dates depend on when your exports arrive. If they are late, the timeline moves with you.

How we know it worked

  • Your team confirms that Cauce's adherence and rate by route match what it already knows about its operation.
  • Every deviation Cauce flags comes with the evidence and the alternatives there were, and your team can defend it in the meeting.
  • Your team uses Cauce in its weekly reviews without us having to operate it.
  • At the end you decide, with evidence, whether to move to Platform.

We do not promise savings. We measure what is there and show you what can be explained.

How it connects to your systems

Today
  • CSV and XLSX file upload with templates and validation before a single data point is used.
  • For OTM, a trip export with suggested and confirmed carrier.
  • For SAP HANA, an export of demand and master data. We do not connect to your database.
Later
  • Read-only connectors, once the Pilot shows they are worth it. We agree on them with you, system by system.
Never
  • We do not write back to OTM or SAP. Cauce only reads.
  • We do not assign carriers, build loads or run tenders.

For procurement

Fixed price, one payment. What the Pilot includes is on this page and in the pack.

Download the pack: sample Pilot terms and a security and data handling summary, as PDFs.

The terms in the pack are a sample. We sign the final ones with you.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get for the Pilot price?

A private workspace with your data, the loading and validation work, the weekly reviews and the close-out at the end of the 90 days. The details are above and in the procurement pack.

How is it paid?

One payment for the Pilot. We agree on the billing details when you book.

What happens when the Pilot ends?

You decide. You can move to Platform or leave. If you leave the Pilot, we delete your data and give you a receipt listing what was deleted.

Why does Platform say "from"?

Because the price depends on your volume and on what we connect. We confirm it with you before we start.

How many users does Platform include?

25 users in the base price. If you need more, we'll talk.

Where do I read how you protect my data?

On the data page and in the pack's security summary. It lays out what we do and what we don't.

Is there a document I can send to procurement and legal?

Yes. The pack includes sample Pilot terms and a security and data handling summary.

Does the demo use any customer's data?

No. Grupo Pomarrosa is a fictional company and all its figures are demonstration data.

What people ask us

We already have Power BI.
Good. Cauce does not replace it. Your dashboard tells you what happened. Cauce brings together forecast, trips, bands and carriers, and tells you which deviation needs explaining and what the alternatives were.
We're on SAP HANA.
We don't need to connect to your database. For the Pilot, a CSV or XLSX export of demand and master data is enough. Read-only connectors, if they prove worthwhile, come later and write nothing.
We already have corporate Claude licenses.
Today, Cauce's assistant runs on our account. Using your own license is an option for later; we don't offer it yet. If it is a condition for you, tell us when you book.
